I don't judge my experience by one bad thing. I've never had a bad service there. But it's a good thing my truck has a hood sensor. Because hood was left open. I will be back!

While the staff was, and always is, helpful and pleasant, I am extremely frustrated with how a concern has been addressed. Nearly 2 years ago, while our vehicle was under warranty, we asked for an issue with the transmission to be looked in to. The service department could not "replicate" the problem and did not do any additional diagnostic testing outside of driving the vehicle in the parking lot. We brought our vehicle in for an oil change and once again asked about the transmission as we were having the same issue. At that time, we were told we needed to have a test done to diagnose the problem and it could be up to $375. Why was this diagnostic test not done when we first brought our vehicle in? No one has been able to answer that question. We are now told we need a new transmission, costing thousands of dollars. We are just out of warranty. This should have been diagnosed and fixed properly from the beginning. We have been very loyal and long time Chevy owners, and this is extremely disappointing.

I have been having an issue with intermittent connectivity on my 22 Colorado, which I recently purchased from another Chevrolet dealership. I was paired with John. When I met John, he was attentive even after my long winded explanation on what I was experiencing with my truck. He listened! I have had a terrible experience with previous dealership and John restored my faith in the Chevy customer service satisfaction motto. I don’t know if the issue in my car is corrected yet since it happens when it happens but even if I need to bring it back, I know these guys will get it done! Ingersoll has just made another lifetime customer. Thank you.

Poor communication with my appointment. I had to call back multiple times for updates after I was advised by staff that they would call back and they never did. Had to request management for a resolution to a service that only took 15 minutes. There was no need to keep my vehicle for an entire day when I had a 9:30 am appointment and dropped my vehicle off at 8:50am. Overall dissatisfied with my service in my second brand new vehicle purchased from Chevy.

My first experience with Ingersoll was definitely positive. I wrench my cars, can do it all, but when it comes to some of the electrical issues, dealer tools and experience are needed. Some dealers don’t want anything to do with a wrencher, but these people we’re all in. From the first phone call, to them listening to my needs and doing exactly what I asked for was a pleasure. They were actually very fair when it came time to pay up. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend

I was first quoted a price of $700+ for the OEM rear bakes replacemnet but after work was done I was charged $900+ for the work when questioned why the difference I was told that is the price. Original quotes were OEM $700+ or lesser brand $500+. Plus there have been other issues where issues were not properly treated.

Appreciated the straight-forward answers to my questions and the knowledgeable staff. Moreover, the service rep went beyond what is expected to show me the proper way to check the transmission fluid on the truck (Why did GM delete the dipstick!!!!!!!!!). I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing clicking noise on my truck. I have now brought it to the dealership twice, and both times I’ve been told that “nothing can be done.” This is unacceptable. I paid over $70,000 for this vehicle, and at only 21,000 miles, it already has a persistent noise that should not be present on a truck of this quality and price point. To make matters worse, I have had two independent mechanics inspect the vehicle, and both confirmed the driveshaft needs to be replaced. Yet, I am being told that GM “has no fix,” so I am expected to just live with it — despite my truck still being under warranty. This is not the level of quality, service, or accountability I expected when purchasing a GM product. I am requesting that this issue be escalated to someone who can authorize a proper repair or replacement under warranty. If GM is aware of this issue but refusing to address it, I believe that should be disclosed to customers and documented in writing. I want to give GM the opportunity to resolve this issue promptly before I consider further steps. Please advise on how we can move forward with a proper repair.

Justin was our salesperson and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to go over the things we were looking for, show us the one we were eyeing from the beginning, even in the pouring rain, and sat there after closing to make sure we were ending up with the best deals possible and the best value for our trade in. The day we came in for finance, unfortunately took almost 6 hours, at no fault of Justin, he told us to come back, but the finance office told us to wait. We were told to wait around for a few more minutes numerous times because they were so busy, but didn’t get to us until almost closing time. Ultimately, they did do right by us. We purchased a wonderful Silverado for an unbeatable price. In the end, I don’t think they could compare to any other dealer.

I wanted to give you guys a 5 star review the issue is I cannot. Here is why. For starts Catie was very kind, but where the issues start is not enough communication with me. I understand that the situation you guys were in was not great I also understand that there were people ahead of me and you guys squeezed me in, but my overall experience with terrible. I had to be the one to call to find out when the truck was being serviced. I requested to speak to service manager and never have spoke to them since not sure why that's the case. I was told one date and went over by a lot again I understand you guys are swapped, but at the end of the day. Don't set an unreal expectation with the customer if you cannot meet that deadline. I also requested something as simple as please put 5w30 not 0w20 in my truck. When I got it back it had 0w20. Though that might not sound like a big deal it really is. Also when I got my truck back after it being there for so long the first thing I see is my TPMs light on. If you tell me come pick up your truck it's ready make sure it really is ready. Then to be told the sensor has to be replaced. It really makes you question the whole service that was just done. Did you really change the oil. Did you really add all the bolts back on the transmission. Is this car going to fall apart as I am driving in it with my family. What time creates is a questionable situation that is not great for your service department your tech and your overall dealership. I am not happy at all with my overall experience. I am grateful for what you guys did, but I don't get any of this for free. I still had to pay over $6400 for all this service you provided, but the way things were handled make it seem like you were doing me a favor when I am a paying customer. Not happy at all. Get it together because if you cannot make it happen as a team for everyone to pull their part something is wrong and something needs to be changed for the better.

Rep Chrissy Palazzo wasn’t my favorite to work with. Initial contacts were fine, but once the part came in we missed phone calls back and forth (on both of our parts). I always called back to attempt to setup an appointment and sent emails as well. She continued to leave messages with ultimatums that if I did not have an appointment set up by end of day for the following week she would return the part and we would have to start the process over again. I managed to make an appointment with another service member when we continued to miss one another’s calls. I’d recommend the service center but would prefer another rep to work next time around.

The overall service for my oil change went well but when they replaced my rear wiper blade the trim cover was left unclipped and the blade was not flat with the window. I noticed this issue and I had to drive way back there so they could correct the problem. I was assuming they would offer me a discount for my troubles but they did not offer me anything. These issues should not happen because the car should be inspected before its given back to the customer. Also they did a overall inspection on the car including the lights and one rear marker light bulb was burned out. If they inspected everything how was that not noticed? I'm very disappointed about all this.

I dropped my truck off on Sunday like it was scheduled I got a call on Monday morning from a service manager informed me I needed to have my transmission fluid change in 2000 miles. Overall the work was satisfactory with the following exceptions: 1) oil was not filled to the full mark on the dipstick 2) rear passenger side tires had a 10 Psi difference between the inner and outer tire 3) the driver side front fender was dirty where one would lean into check the oil dipstick and there was windshield drip marks on the front bumper
