Walked in needed help with my truck to be able to proceed with DMV road test.I was greeted right away by a very nice woman that took care of everything,she also pointed out that I was due for an oil change ( which cost less then where I've been taking it to) beyond happy with this visit ! Service was good and prompt. They had decent availability for appointments as well. Service department called to confirm drop off and explain the service being completed. Rep Chrissy Palazzo wasn’t my favorite to work with. Initial contacts were fine, but once the part came in we missed phone calls back and forth (on both of our parts). I always called back to attempt to setup an appointment and sent emails as well. She continued to leave messages with ultimatums that if I did not have an appointment set up by end of day for the following week she would return the part and we would have to start the process over again. I managed to make an appointment with another service member when we continued to miss one another’s calls. I’d recommend the service center but would prefer another rep to work next time around.

The overall service for my oil change went well but when they replaced my rear wiper blade the trim cover was left unclipped and the blade was not flat with the window. I noticed this issue and I had to drive way back there so they could correct the problem. I was assuming they would offer me a discount for my troubles but they did not offer me anything. These issues should not happen because the car should be inspected before its given back to the customer. Also they did a overall inspection on the car including the lights and one rear marker light bulb was burned out. If they inspected everything how was that not noticed? I'm very disappointed about all this.

I dropped my truck off on Sunday like it was scheduled I got a call on Monday morning from a service manager informed me I needed to have my transmission fluid change in 2000 miles. I told him to proceed and they did all the stuff that was scheduled the oil change in the wheel alignment and the inspection. I’m very happy it was ready at 5 o’clock, and then I picked it up.

I made the appointment for an oil change and my asst steering lite. When I dropped off an hour before my appointment I mentioned another light that happened to also just came on. My tires. No one called I called around 3:30 and no one called back for over an hour. The woman who took care of us was surprised that I needed my care for work the next day so had to pick it up. BUT the oil was never changed. I was told the tech has not finished the diagnostics. What? All day? No. My car was obviously never touched because it had the snow on it that had happened earlier in the day. I went in to pick up my keys they were just pointed to without a word of another appointment or an I’m sorry. Horrible customer service from her. I need my car I have to drive into Ct for work and white plains several times a week for my chemo therapy. Now I have to go somewhere else and wasted an entire day off. Won’t go back unless I am desperate. We’ve bought several cars for personal and my husbands work from both locations and not even I’m sorry the next day.

Although I've had great experiences with your sales and service team in the past... this visit was frustrating to say the least! Brought the truck in for a recall and a NYS inspection. Truck is three years old this month (warranty runs out at end of month) and only has 4300 miles on it! Service dept told me it failed inspection because "monitors not ready" . When I asked how to fix that "monitors ", seeing that warranty and inspection are both up the end of this month... the only reply was to just drive it and they should clear... might take 100 miles or a 1000 miles! And if it doesn't, I asked, I got nothing? I'm stuck with a truck out of warranty and can't pass inspection?! How is that a legit answer or fix for a truck that is barely broken in? Frustrating as hell!

Overall the work was satisfactory with the following exceptions: 1) oil was not filled to the full mark on the dipstick 2) rear passenger side tires had a 10 Psi difference between the inner and outer tire 3) the driver side front fender was dirty where one would lean into check the oil dipstick and there was windshield drip marks on the front bumper

Great experience Everyone was friendly. Would definitely refer friends to bring their cars in. My only surprise was that loaners were not available and car wasn’t washed. GM needs to learn from the competition. I’ve owned used entry level Mercedes and was given a new step up loaner and full detail. Again the dealership experience was Excellent, my comment is directed towards corporate. If I’m buying one of their higher end vehicles, expectations are also a bit higher.

Truck intake was easy and fast. The work done was faster than I thought it would be. The one thing that I thought was unfair was the cost of labor charged for changing the cabin air filter and the engine air filter. You charged for the parts, which was fine, but then charged $80 plus for each. Being very generous, it took 10 minutes to change the both of them and you charged me over $170 in labor to replace them. I'll do those myself next time.

Catie was very professional, attentive and detail orient. I recapped the issues from the last service and she addressed everyone of them, particularly the brake pad thickness records (8mm the first service, 10mm the second). She showed me the inner/outer pads on the driver-side front wheel which measured 12mm in thickness. I was able to check the other pads when the tires were rotated. Peace of mind, thank you.
