Libby was extremely efficient. I had searched for a specific vehicle for several weeks and compared many different options. Libby was honest about the price and assured me that if I made the drive to pick up the vehicle, no hidden fees would pop up (ex: $250 for vin # etching). When I arrived, Libby had the vehicle ready and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features that the vehicle had to offer. The dealership was extremely busy. However, Libby worked quickly and efficiently to buyout my current lease and get the insurance information needed in order for to me leave with my vehicle. It took a bit to get to the finance portion of the deal. However, once I did-that too was efficient. The numbers discussed with Libby were exactly as she said they would be. Libby stayed past closing to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. Excellent car buying experience....after a long and exhausting search!
