I thought the experience was excellent throughout. All staff involved was honest, thorough and treated me with the highest level of professionalism. I will be making recommendations to those around me to use Ingersoll’s dealership in the future as well as continuing to purchase my vehicles thru them.
I went to have my car serviced and after talking to Torrey i decided to buy another car from them .My service was routine maintenance and to give you a understanding of the quality of service from the dealership , i travel from long island to pawling because i know the job will be done , but more importantly it will be done right . I love my new camaro thanks
I’ve had three services done on my pick up at Ingersoll Pawling, three out of three times I’ve had issues, I don’t think I’ll be back for service… First time, they wanted to charge me $30 more than they estimated the cost, second time they did not grease the vehicle… Third time I specified please check the air pressure in the tires and they did not do that, it should not be a two hour wait for service And that’s what it was!!
