I was glad that my car was repaired, but it took an extra day for it to get into the shop. That delay (for no particular reason), plus having to wait for parts, I was out of a car for a significant period of time. Granted, the dealership was only really responsible for one of those days, but it was a burden for my family.
I was having my first service on my 2021 Silverado. Before I went to have the service I heard slight knock in the engine. It got worse after I left and warning lights came on. I returned to Ingersoll and they took my truck in right away. They also loaned me a vehicle and I was on my way.
This is my 2nd time leasing a car from INGERSOLL AUTO OF PAWLING and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The dealer is about an hour from where I live but totally worth the drive for the exceptional customer service they provide. Steve Zehring and his team are experts in their craft and make my car leasing process a pleasure. I converted to the fully electric Chevy Bolt and could not be happier. I applaud their exceptional customer service and the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Ingersoll. Bravo!
