Although I shouldn't complain. Because the Oil change was free. My vehicle came out of your shop with filthy oil hand prints on my driver's door and right rear passenger side. My vehicle is White and normally spotless. So just a word to your oil tech cleanliness matter's.

I was disappointed not in the quality of work but that I was charged to look into a leak in my trunk. This was the second time the leak was looked into in the past 12 months with the first time repair covered under warranty. This time the leak was not observed probably because I tightened the bolts holding the trunk lid air deflector in place. I feel the check should have been covered as the car was “Certified” and the complaint was within 12 months of purchase.
