Normally they are great. However this time I had an issue. I leased my suv almost two years ago. My husband last month leased a suv from them as well. Somehow our accounts got merged and I get messages and emails with the dealer thinking I am my husband, and that he leased both cars. All the rewards points are not going into the incorrect vehicle account. MY ACCOUNT was fine until my husband leased his car last month. I assume the paper work or data entry or something was entered incorrect. Careless . Also when I called to fix this the staff seemed aloof about it. Let it be said some families keep their finances and bills separate and the staff should not assume this is not a big deal, JUST because we are married does not mean the vehicle I leased , I pay for , I take for service should be listed under my husband NAME all of a sudden, who has zero to do with my suv. The staff did explain this "should " be fixed today. We shall see.
