Very pleased with service. I was provided a loaner so I could go to work and service was turned around in about day and a half and I was kept up to date on progress as well as what was covered under the warranty and what was not. Courteous, friendly and professional service. Thank you.
Len helped us in making our decision to buy a new car easier. Since we are "up there" in age, we are very set in our ways. Len was extremely understanding and patient with us which meant a lot. We will definitely put in a good word for Ingersoll Pawling and of course for Len.
I was the first person there in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 2 hours, which is completely absurd! The dealership takes on too much and over schedules frequently which isn't fair to other customers.
